I really enjoyed this podcast about freelance job websites but I still have a query. As you know most of the freelance websites has a points / review / reputation system. Even a freelancer has to pass some exams as well. Here my question is what for the experience freelancer who start their offering on freelance website.
I have seen that people will not assign work to new freelancer has no experience (on particular freelancer website) but in reality, he / she is best in their job. How can they start with?
