How to compel customers to take the next step

I love nerding out on copywriting techniques and this episode of the Hot Copy podcast has us doing just that. It’s all about the humble call to action. Or CTA if you’re in ‘the biz’.

A great call to action is so much more than a verb directing action.

A great call to action taps into audience needs so effectively, they cannot help but take the next step.

Today, Kate and I share some of the tips we’ve relied on to write calls to action over years of copywriting.

Tune in to learn:

  • The animals Belinda and Kate wish the could have as pets
  • 4 important considerations when you write a call to action
  • The difference between writing in-copy and button CTAs
  • 5 tragic CTA fails that some copywriters still make
